What we collect
When you place an order, we collect: name, billing address, shipping address, email, phone, and the items you ordered. We do NOT collect or store credit card details — those are handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant) and never touch our servers.
How we use it
- To process your order and ship your items.
- To email you order confirmation, shipping tracking, and (if you opt in) restock or new-product announcements.
- To respond to support requests.
- To detect fraud and prevent chargebacks (we use Stripe Radar — only flagged orders are reviewed manually).
Who we share with
The only third parties that see your data are:
- Stripe — payment processing (card details only)
- USPS / UPS — shipping carrier (name + address only)
- Our email platform — order confirmations (email + first name only)
We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers.
Your rights
You can email support@longhornsupplies.store to request a copy of your data or to delete your account. We honor all valid requests within 30 days.
Cookies
We use minimal first-party cookies to keep your cart between visits and to remember if you’ve logged in. No advertising cookies. No third-party tracking.
Children’s privacy
Our products are for adults purchasing pet/ranch supplies. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
