30-day satisfaction guarantee

If you’re not happy with any item, you have 30 days from delivery date to request a return for a full refund. No restocking fee. No questions about why.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@longhornsupplies.store with your order number and which items you want to return.
  2. We’ll reply within one business day with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Drop the package at any USPS or UPS location.
  4. Once the return arrives at our warehouse (2–7 business days), your refund is issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.

What’s returnable

  • Unused and unworn items in original condition
  • Items with damaged packaging are fine — only the product itself needs to be in good shape
  • Used items: returnable within 30 days if there’s a defect or fit issue. Just tell us what went wrong.

What’s not returnable

  • Treats and bully sticks (consumables, for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged by obvious misuse (chewed through by an excited puppy is fine — saw-damaged is not)

Defective or wrong items

If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, email us with a photo. We re-ship the correct item the same day and you don’t need to return the original. The original is yours to donate, gift, or keep.

Refund timing

Once we process your return, refunds typically appear in 3–5 business days on credit/debit cards, 1–2 business days on Apple Pay/Google Pay, and 5–10 business days on Klarna/Affirm.
