Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We don’t currently ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses.

How fast

• Order cutoff: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Mon–Fri ship the same day.
• Processing time: 1–2 business days from our Sheridan, WY warehouse.
• Transit time: Typically 3–7 business days within the contiguous US. Alaska/Hawaii usually 7–10 business days.

Shipping cost

• Free shipping on orders over $50 (subtotal before tax).
• $7.99 flat-rate shipping on orders under $50.
• Heavy items (livestock heaters, large kennels, dog houses) may have an additional freight surcharge calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You’ll get a confirmation email with the tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder, then email support@longhornsupplies.store.

Delayed or lost shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email us. We’ll file the carrier claim on your behalf and either re-ship or refund — your choice.
