Longhorn Supplies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, mailing address 30 N Gould St #51087, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", and "Longhorn Supplies" refer to Longhorn Supplies LLC.

Acceptance

By placing an order on longhornsupplies.store, you agree to these Terms of Sale and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t place an order.

Products

All products are sold "as described" on the product page. Colors and patterns may vary slightly from the photos due to display calibration and manufacturer batch variation. If a product is materially different from its description, our 30-day refund policy applies.

Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars and exclude sales tax (we don’t currently collect sales tax on US orders — buyers are responsible for any use-tax obligations in their state). Prices may change without notice; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and Klarna. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

Shipping

See our Shipping page for full details. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier scans the package as delivered.

Warranty disclaimer

We don’t make any express warranties beyond our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. The version in effect when you place an order is the version that governs that order. We’ll post the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
